What you will do

• Design end-to-end manufacturing processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including MPS/MRP, production control, shop-floor execution, inventory, and warehouse integration.
• Define scalable solutions for multi-site and multi-entity manufacturing operations.
• Design ERP integrations with MES systems, including production orders, inventory synchronization, quality, and traceability flows.
• Standardize processes across acquired entities transitioning from legacy ERPs and contribute to the ERP and MES transformation roadmap.
• Lead functional activities during implementations, including configuration decisions, workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, and validation.
• Advise manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, architecture, development, and integration stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture or functional leadership.
• Deep expertise in D365 F&O manufacturing modules, including Production Control, Master Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, especially discrete or process manufacturing.
• Experience supporting or integrating MES systems and understanding shop-floor execution and supply-chain flows.
• Experience with multi-entity, global ERP implementations and strong business-process and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in the Minneapolis, United States location.

Nice to have

• ERP consolidation or post-acquisition integration experience.
• Azure integration experience with Logic Apps, Service Bus, or APIs.
• Exposure to LIMS, quality systems, GxP, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Power Platform experience, including Power BI and Power Apps.
• Microsoft D365 F&O certifications.
