D365 F&O Senior Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote with 25–50% national travel to customer locations for on-site work, depending on the implementation phase. Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

Salary: $142,588.25–$193,800.25–$245,012.25 base compensation range.

What you will do

• Serve as a technical lead or senior technical contributor on 4–6-person Dynamics ERP implementation teams.
• Own technical implementation tasks, including deployment, maintenance, data migration, customizations, integrations, builds, and releases.
• Provide architectural guidance, technical designs, development estimates, and input into functional requirements.
• Manage or delegate work to technical resources and perform code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and train customer technical resources on D365 F&O development, integrations, data migration, and system maintenance.
• Prepare design specifications and end-user documentation while supporting project managers and functional teams.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience developing with X++ and at least 2 years working with D365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services, Azure integrations, SSRS, and SSMS.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong client relationship, organization, and prioritization skills.
• US citizenship or a US Green Card is required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in SQL, Dynamics AX/365, Visual Studio, D365 F&O, or related applications.
• Experience upgrading AX 2009 or AX 2012 to D365.
• D365 F&O/AX certification in Trade & Logistics, Production, or Finance.
• Experience managing a small developer team and communicating across organizational levels.
