Project Manager (Tech) (iGaming)

Location: Remote or onsite in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland

What you will do

• Manage complex technical projects, workstreams, and sub-programs within larger programs.
• Structure scope into milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, decisions, action plans, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, dashboards, roadmaps, launch checklists, and other source-of-truth artifacts.
• Facilitate planning, blocker, readiness, release preparation, and post-launch meetings.
• Coordinate releases, operational readiness, rollout tracking, stabilization, documentation, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software project management, technical project management, delivery management, or similar roles.
• Experience managing complex technical initiatives involving multiple teams, domains, or functions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Kanban delivery, backlog structures, QA processes, dependencies, releases, and production readiness.
• Sufficient technical literacy to understand architecture dependencies, integrations, environments, data flows, observability, rollback, and operational support.
• Strong ownership, facilitation, stakeholder communication, reporting, risk identification, and escalation skills.
• Strong English communication skills are required; the role is available remotely or onsite in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, payments, betting, gambling, online gaming, SaaS, or regulated digital products.
• Experience with white-label launches, payment or vendor integrations, platform migrations, legacy refactoring, or regulatory enablement.
• Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Structure, BigPicture, Aha!, Productboard, Miro, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Lean, Theory of Constraints, Shape Up, Team Topologies, SAFe, LeSS, DevSecOps, and incident management.
• Experience mentoring project managers and documenting delivery frameworks, templates, playbooks, or operating procedures.
