Technical Project Manager (Legal Technology)

Location: Remote from Poland. Regular support is required during U.S. business hours, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, approximately 2:00 PM–11:00 PM in Poland depending on daylight saving time.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native software development projects within the Product Development PMO.
• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, resource plans, risk registers, budgets, and status reports.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate product owners, engineers, architects, QA specialists, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, portfolio visibility, release planning, and product backlog refinement.
• Identify blockers and risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status and escalations to leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a software development or technology organization.
• Experience delivering cloud-based or SaaS products and managing development sprints, backlogs, and release cycles.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies; Kanban or hybrid delivery experience is also relevant.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native development concepts and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication, negotiation, risk management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, software release management, and deployment workflows.
• Background in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
