Technical Project Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management, delivering within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Translate client and business requirements into actionable technical tasks with the Product Owner and engineering teams.
• Define project scope, create delivery plans, and identify resource needs.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, and track their resolution.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, team performance, and alignment with project objectives.
• Support compliance with healthcare industry regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in a technical role such as Developer or AQA.
• Strong understanding of Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Upper-intermediate or Advanced English.
