Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Athens, Thessaloniki, or Nicosia

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate multiple software development projects of varying complexity and size.
• Coordinate internal and remote development teams, run project meetings, and track deliverables and timelines.
• Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, impediment removal, and dependency management.
• Define requirements, prepare high-level estimates, and create delivery and release plans.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain a well-defined, estimated, and prioritised backlog.
• Track team metrics and provide accurate delivery, UAT, monthly, and stakeholder reports in line with PMO processes.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar Project Manager position.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms, with a proactive approach to applying AI capabilities in project management.
• Experience with project management software, analysis, reporting methods, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Strong organisational, analytical, critical-thinking, communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and PMO governance.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Programming or professional technical experience.
• FX industry experience.
