Project Manager (B2B)

What you will do

• Manage B2B team delivery, including sprint planning, groomings, retrospectives, and daily discipline.
• Oversee the release train by tracking statuses, fix versions, and ensuring review/merge SLAs are met.
• Triage inbound feature requests, operational tasks, and data requests into well-formed tickets.
• Perform small discovery tasks to define value, scope, and acceptance criteria for new requests.
• Build and maintain advanced Jira control systems using JQL, dashboards, and AI-powered automations.
• Communicate technical capabilities to partners and government bodies and support RFP responses.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing delivery in web/product companies with distributed teams.
• Proficiency in Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Strong technical aptitude in web/mobile technologies, development cycles, and API understanding.
• Experience using LLM tools daily and building functional AI automations.
• Fluent English and Russian; the team operates in Russian, while company and partner documentation is in English.
• Solid overlap with Central European (CET) and GCC working hours.
