Country Project Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Coordinate country-launch projects from initial market assessment through the start of operations.
• Organise market-entry evaluations and structure the requirements needed for each launch.
• Ensure timely delivery of information and inputs for market assessment, licensing, and launch.
• Manage communication with internal teams, legal advisers, regulators, and external partners.
• Coordinate licensing processes and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage go-live activities and provide post-launch support through licence maintenance, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
• English at B2 level or above and Russian at B2 level or above.

• Legal background.
