Digital Consulting Manager (Oracle Cloud Risk Management)

Location: Chicago, United States; travel up to 50% as needed

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 annually; eligible for annual incentive compensation, with total estimated compensation of $166,750–$212,500.

What you will do

• Deliver Oracle Cloud Risk Management implementations in a consulting environment.
• Lead requirements gathering, functional documentation, configuration, data loads, testing, training, and deployment.
• Design future-state business processes and functional solutions with clients.
• Guide technical teams on conversions, integrations, integration testing, and Oracle AI solutions.
• Own project workstreams and supervise, coach, and develop junior consulting staff.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of related cloud implementation experience in consulting.
• At least 3 years of Oracle Cloud experience, including at least one Risk Management implementation.
• Experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and working with business users.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to work with clients or internal project teams.

Nice to have

• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications or progress toward certification.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio.
