Microsoft Dynamics 365 Director (Manufacturing)

Salary: $134,000–$269,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing industry strategy for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice.
• Strengthen market credibility and industry positioning across targeted manufacturing sectors.
• Build relationships with manufacturing executives, industry associations, Microsoft stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Support enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 pursuits across Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform.
• Participate in executive sales conversations, strategic account planning, and opportunity development.
• Advise pursuit and delivery teams on manufacturing processes, industry challenges, and transformation roadmaps.

Requirements

• Senior-level leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, supply chain, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in manufacturing operations, production management, quality management, asset maintenance, distribution, logistics, field service, customer engagement, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience advising executive stakeholders and supporting complex enterprise pursuits.
