Principal Software Engineering Manager (Dynamics Contact Center)

Location: Redmond, Washington, United States; 3 days per week in-office

Salary: USD $165,600–$296,400 per year across the U.S.; USD $220,800–$331,200 per year in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Lead a team of 12–15 engineers building AI-first enterprise applications.
• Work with senior business and technology leaders, internal users, partners, and customers to define solutions.
• Guide product vision, feature planning, technical architecture, design, implementation, quality, delivery, and support.
• Build business applications and industry cloud solutions using Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Azure.
• Resolve customer escalations, technical complexities, and ambiguity while translating product roadmaps into outcomes.
• Drive high-quality engineering practices, customer success, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field plus 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coding in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check.
• Strong product judgment, technical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and cloud infrastructure using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Preferred experience includes 6+ years of people management, including 3+ years in a product development environment, and leadership of AI-first products.
