Director, Aftermarket (Packaging Automation)

Location: Moorestown, New Jersey, United States

Base salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Field Service and Aftermarket Sales organizations supporting labeling systems.
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and utilization of Field Service personnel for customer jobs, manufacturing support, and FAT activities.
• Develop aftermarket marketing and sales initiatives, conduct parts and service presentations, and negotiate customer contracts.
• Improve service programs and customer support to increase satisfaction and service revenue.
• Build customer relationships, analyze requirements, and promote parts and service offerings.
• Oversee employee training, department expertise, financial reporting, and service-call documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a related role within a similar industry, with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, automation controls, and mechanical design.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers daily as a professional company ambassador.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
