Senior Staff Deployment Strategist, Operations (Manufacturing/Supply Chain Software)

Location: Palo Alto, United States; regular on-site presence required, including time on the warehouse floor and occasional international travel to contract manufacturers in Taiwan.

Salary: $170,000–$225,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Build hirify.global’s operating system for vehicle planning, quality, inventory, delivery, and operational decision-making.
• Create end-to-end visibility from contract manufacturing facilities to customers, including work-in-progress, yield, vehicle genealogy, inventory, and shipment status.
• Develop planning capabilities for material requirements, available-to-promise, build queues, and fulfillment queues across contract and internal supply chains.
• Integrate supplier management, purchasing, forecasting, transportation, importation, warehouse operations, and contract manufacturer systems.
• Close quality and warranty feedback loops from incoming and inline quality through supplier chargebacks and financial systems.
• Instrument and simplify operational processes before automating them, using rapid coding-agent-assisted delivery and enabling process owners to ship their own improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years building operations, manufacturing, or supply chain software from zero to production, including ownership of data models and decision logic.
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Daily LLM-native development with coding agents such as Claude, supported by contracts, tests, evaluations, and review methods.
• Experience rapidly delivering working software and improving it based on real user behavior.
• Deep SaaS platform expertise integrating QMS, TMS, WMS, or ERP systems into a unified data platform.
• Fluency in Python, SQL, and APIs, with practical understanding of physical operations and willingness to travel internationally when required.
