Senior Director, IT Digital Transformation (ERP)

Salary: $222,000–$288,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with corporate growth and global business requirements.
• Lead enterprise architecture and modernization across ERP, CRM, CDP, HCM, data, integration, middleware, and business application platforms.
• Direct transformation across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, human capital, commercial operations, and customer experience.
• Oversee international invoicing, electronic invoicing, tax, electronic reporting, localization, and regional compliance technology initiatives.
• Lead technology due diligence, post-merger integration, application consolidation, data harmonization, and technology separation programs.
• Build and manage enterprise applications teams, strategic vendors, transformation governance, and CapEx and OpEx investment portfolios.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, business systems, digital transformation, consulting, or IT leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise application organizations and large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise across ERP, finance, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, HCM, commercial, and customer experience platforms.
• Experience with QAD, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, MES, quality systems, and enterprise integration platforms such as Dell Boomi or EDICOM.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry, with strong knowledge of GxP, computer system validation, data integrity, FDA requirements, SOX, and HIPAA.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field is required.
