Focus on translating data into recommendations, improving communication across channels, and creating engaging designs for international stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid role based in CDR (Amsterdam - Cedar), Netherlands
Internship allowance: €700 based on a 36-hour work week

What you will do
- Support data analytics and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end communication journey across channels.
- Adapt communication content to current communication channels and tools.
- Refresh and improve communication materials through modern, visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders as part of the International Talent Programme team.
Requirements
- Mandatory: current enrollment at a Dutch university in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme.
- Relevant studies may include Data Analytics, Communication, Marketing, Media, Design, or Business.
- Fluent English required; Dutch is not required.
- Strong interest in data-driven work and an affinity for visual design.
- Analytical mindset combined with creativity; proactive, hands-on, structured, and comfortable working internationally.
