HR Advisor - Dutch Speaker (Netherlands)

Location: Best or Bodegraven, Netherlands (Hybrid). Travel requirement: 0–10%.

What you will do

• Manage employee relations cases using fair investigation and mediation practices.
• Partner with and coach managers on leadership, performance development, and team dynamics.
• Manage short- and long-term absence cases and support compliance with Dutch legislation, including Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
• Collaborate with international HR Centres of Excellence to implement global people initiatives locally.
• Drive practical HR solutions and talent initiatives across the Netherlands organization.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of HR experience focused on employee relations and general casework.
• Applied knowledge of Dutch labor law and Dutch absence management regulations.
• Native or fully fluent Dutch and strong professional English communication skills.
• Degree or educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
