Operations Associate (Construction)

hirify.global is a robotics startup automating on-site construction to make building processes software-defined and autonomous.

What you will do

• Own people operations, including onboarding, contracts, payroll, equity, and visa support.
• Manage finance operations, including monthly closing, invoice reconciliation, and supplier payments.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch employment and safety regulations.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks using AI and internal tooling.
• Support general business operations, including recruiting and business development as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Amsterdam and able to work onsite five days a week.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English (required for correspondence with local authorities).
• Near the start of your career (recent graduate or up to one year of experience).
• Highly organized, reliable, and precise with numbers.
• Comfortable with HRIS, Notion, and Slack, with a strong bias toward automation.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Dutch employment topics like the 30% ruling, WBSO, or UWV.
• Experience with staffing agencies or safety compliance (VCA).
• Basic bookkeeping or finance exposure.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
