Account Manager - Vantagen (Benefits Administration)

Location: Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $67,000–$110,710 per year

What you will do

• Support weekly employee benefits enrollment, termination, and change processing for assigned clients.
• Handle escalated benefits inquiries from employees and HR contacts by phone and email.
• Support annual open enrollment activities, including periodic onsite client meetings and benefit fairs.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and other third parties to resolve employee benefits issues.
• Manage scheduled client deliverables accurately and on time.
• Participate in client service reviews at designated client locations or via web and teleconference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of experience in benefits administration, insurance, customer service, or human resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with moderate supervision and work with external clients and their employees.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle for minimal travel.
