Manager, North America Benefits (U.S. Benefits) (Employee Benefits/401(k)): Administering and improving U.S. and Canadian health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs with an accent on compliance, vendor operations, analytics, and employee experience. Focus on managing open enrollment, analyzing utilization and cost trends, supporting ERISA and retirement plan requirements, and improving complex benefits processes.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid workplace model with employees expected to work in an office at least four full days each week.

What you will do
- Administer North American health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs, including U.S. medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending account, and 401(k) plans.
- Manage vendors, brokers, eligibility, enrollment, life-event processing, service levels, and operational issue resolution.
- Lead key aspects of annual open enrollment, including materials, system configuration, testing, communications, and vendor readiness.
- Analyze utilization, enrollment, vendor performance, costs, and employee engagement through reporting and dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, vendor evaluations, renewal strategies, and benefits program design changes.
- Maintain governance, documentation, controls, audits, filings, and compliance processes while identifying program and technology improvements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, consulting, or human resources focused on North American benefits.
- Experience administering U.S. health and welfare plans and 401(k) retirement programs, supporting open enrollment, vendor management, and compliance activities.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits and working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and retirement plan administration requirements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with benefits administration systems, reporting tools, and HRIS platforms.
- Strong project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or a complex, multi-state employer environment.
- CEBS, CBP, SHRM, or a related professional designation.
