Senior Director, Supply Chain (Semiconductor)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan. The role requires satisfactory proof of the right to work in Taiwan.

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year global supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead supply chain teams covering planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier quality.
• Oversee integrated demand and supply planning, inventory positioning, customer supply interactions, and on-time delivery.
• Develop supply risk mitigation strategies, including dual-sourcing, buffer inventory, and alternate process qualification.
• Lead capacity planning and supply commitments with wafer foundries, OSAT partners, and contract manufacturers.
• Manage strategic sourcing, supplier agreements, scorecards, supplier development, procurement budgets, and cost improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a senior semiconductor industry leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of wafer procurement, OSAT, substrate sourcing, test operations, and semiconductor supply chain dynamics.
• Experience leading S&OP/IBP processes and improving supply chain metrics at scale.
• Established relationships with Taiwan-based foundries, OSATs, and substrate manufacturers, plus experience negotiating complex supplier agreements.
• Experience with procurement budgets, global trade compliance, semiconductor export controls, and high-performing team leadership.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or an equivalent supply chain credential.
• Familiarity with FPGA or programmable logic product supply chains.
• Experience in a fabless or fab-lite semiconductor business model.
