Sales Associate (Optical) (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: 1811 University Drive Suite 102, Vista, CA 92083, United States. Part-time schedule requires availability on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday; Sundays are closed.

What you will do

• Provide customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care, communicate order status, and answer phone calls.
• Maintain customer and patient records, store organization, visual merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent reading and speaking ability in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work Monday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• At least one year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Some duties may require licenses or credentials under applicable state law.
