Employment type: Part-time. Availability is required on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays; the store is closed on Sundays.

What you will do

• Provide personalized customer service throughout eyewear selection, fitting, education, and pickup.
• Support patient flow and pre-exam screenings for optometrists.
• Perform final adjustments, inspections, finishing work, and quality checks.
• Enter and track orders, prepare pickups, and resolve quality or service issues.
• Maintain organized, clean, and efficient retail and finishing areas.
• Follow brand standards and collaborate with the store team to deliver consistent service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and support shared store goals.
• Availability on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays is required.
