What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer service throughout eyewear selection, fitting, education, and pickup.
• Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings in support of optometrists.
• Perform final eyewear adjustments, inspections, and quality checks.
• Enter and track orders, prepare completed orders for pickup, and resolve quality or service issues.
• Maintain organized, clean, and efficient retail and finishing areas.
• Uphold store service, visual, operational, and brand standards while supporting shared team goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish required.
• Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers, prioritize customer satisfaction, and work collaboratively.
