Sales Associate – Optical – Part Time – Bilingual Spanish

What you will do

• Provide customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, and answer phone calls.
• Maintain store presentation, support inventory control, and follow loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent reading and speaking proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• At least one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday during the specified store hours.
• Some duties may require licenses or credentials under applicable state law.
