What you will do

• Provide personalized service and guide customers through eyewear selection, fitting, and product education.
• Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings in support of optometrists.
• Perform final adjustments, inspections, and quality checks to ensure eyewear meets store standards.
• Prepare orders for pickup and provide polished customer handoffs.
• Support order entry, tracking, store organization, and timely issue resolution.
• Uphold service, visual, operational, and brand standards while collaborating with the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Fluent reading and speaking proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers, prioritize satisfaction, and support shared store goals.
