Sales Associate - Optical Specialist (Optical Retail)

What you will do

• Provide personalized customer service throughout the eyewear selection and purchase journey.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, fitting, product education, and pickup.
• Assist with patient flow and pre-exam screenings in support of optometrists.
• Perform final adjustments, inspections, finishing work, and quality checks on eyewear.
• Enter and track orders, maintain organized retail and finishing areas, and support timely completion.
• Uphold store service, visual, operational, and brand standards while collaborating with the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to educate customers effectively.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and support shared store goals.
• State-specific licenses or credentials may be required for certain duties in some locations.
