Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global system implementation projects.
• Define project scope, milestones, resources, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Chair governance meetings and maintain project plans, risk logs, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
• Build stakeholder relationships through clear communication and proactive engagement.
• Support and develop project team members in line with hirify.global's leadership principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience in capital markets or financial services.
• Proficiency in PMI and Agile methodologies.
• Experience assessing and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Familiarity with hirify.global software platforms or capital markets technology environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.
