What you will do

• Lead operational management of energy contracts across multiple EMEA markets.
• Oversee monthly validation of complex utility bills, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), and Energy Service Agreement invoices.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and commercial queries with external utilities and partners.
• Improve invoice-validation processes through the implementation of automation to increase accuracy.
• Monitor critical contractual milestones and maintain accurate energy portfolio trackers.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to monitor KPIs and portfolio risks.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience in energy, utilities, renewables, asset management, or data centres.
• Proven experience managing commercial and contractual workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced financial and analytical skills for reviewing complex cost information and invoices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear insights to senior stakeholders.
