What you will do
- Lead complex Industrial AI implementation projects from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
- Own project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, customer outcomes, and commercial performance.
- Coordinate Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders.
- Translate customer objectives into measurable success metrics and lead value realization workshops.
- Manage financials, forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, costs, risks, dependencies, scope changes, and governance.
- Support adoption through change management, enablement, and training while improving delivery practices through PMO methodologies and playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
- Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability.
- Experience in an industrial sector such as Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences; Agile delivery and governance experience; project management tool proficiency; willingness to travel up to 25%; fluent French required.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Experience with Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Industrial IoT, SCADA, MES, or Operational Technology environments.
- Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Analytics implementation projects.
