Plant Manager (High-Voltage Electrical Equipment)

Location: Medway, Massachusetts, United States; full-time, site-based leadership role

Compensation: $115,500–$214,500 per year, with potential annual incentives

What you will do

• Lead full-site operations spanning inside sales, engineering, project management, purchasing, production control, manufacturing, quality, field service, Lean, and EH&S.
• Ensure high-voltage gas-insulated bus systems are designed, manufactured, and installed safely, within budget, and in line with customer requirements and applicable standards.
• Manage proposals, project budgets, percent-of-completion revenue, margins, profit plans, operating expenses, staffing, and capital investments.
• Drive safe and efficient manufacturing performance across quality, delivery, cost, productivity, cash, and customer service objectives.
• Lead Lean transformation, strategy deployment, Kaizen activity, value stream management, and waste elimination.
• Coach functional and value stream leaders while partnering with finance, HR, supply chain, sales, marketing, quality, engineering, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of site leadership experience, preferably managing an organization of approximately 100 employees.
• Ideally, 10 or more years of manufacturing experience in high-voltage electrical equipment or engineered-to-order projects.
• Experience leading custom or project-based manufacturing involving complex customer specifications and cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean, strategy deployment, Kaizen, value stream management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to ensure compliance with environmental, OSHA, and other safety regulations.
