Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Dover, New Hampshire, United States; onsite. Standard hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM on weekdays, with availability required from 6:00 AM–5:30 PM on weekdays and occasional Saturday mornings. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR requirements.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee daily production operations, including hiring, training, performance management, staffing, scheduling, and job assignments.
• Coach and develop operators, enforce company policies, and maintain safety and training compliance.
• Use ERP data, production schedules, and planning information to meet production requirements and manage timekeeping, payroll approvals, and time-off coverage.
• Coordinate with site leadership, support teams, and Customer Experience on customer feedback, production variances, new product introductions, process integration, and productivity standards.
• Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective actions with operators and technical teams.
• Support site-wide needs and provide backup for Team Leads, the Production Manager, and the Production Coordinator.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing management experience if substituting for the degree.
• Previous supervisory or people-management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lean, Lean-Sigma, or Six Sigma manufacturing principles and methodologies.
