What you will do

• Lead maintenance, reliability, and outage planning at a Thermomechanical Treatment Facility (TTF).
• Manage Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation teams, including supervisors and planners.
• Develop and maintain the five-year Long-Term Maintenance Plan and annual/monthly budgets.
• Oversee the site Work Management Program, including planning, scheduling, and backlog management.
• Resolve repetitive equipment failures through root cause analysis and predictive maintenance practices.
• Partner with EHS to maintain a safety-first culture and target zero incidents.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Kapolei, HI, USA.
• At least five years of maintenance supervision experience in power generation, industrial, or chemical plants.
• Experience in thermomechanical treatment facility maintenance.
• Proficiency with CMMS tools (ALM, PeopleSoft or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, National Electrical Code, and NFPA arc-flash safety.
• Engineering degree preferred.
