Solution Architect SAP - Finance & Controlling (R2R) (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Wexford; remote work in the United States. Applicants must be US citizens or authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and must hold a valid passport. Occasional domestic and international travel is required, with increased travel during the first 12–18 months for global transformation, template design, rollout, and deployment activities.

What you will do

• Translate Finance, Controlling, and Accounting requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solution designs.
• Design, document, and govern SAP Finance solutions while maintaining and evolving the global Finance template.
• Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and optimization of Record-to-Report processes.
• Support workshops, fit-gap analyses, testing, rollouts, deployments, and other transformation activities.
• Advise Finance stakeholders on SAP capabilities and best practices, and support escalation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate third-level support and ensure solution quality, stability, maintainability, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling environments.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience across FI, CO, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Revenue Accounting & Reporting, Internal Orders, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Controlling, and Accounting processes, including integration with cross-functional business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating SAP solution designs, supporting ERP projects and rollouts, and working with implementation partners.
• Knowledge of legal Finance requirements in the Americas and strong analytical, consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship are required.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience with Sovos Tax Solutions for SAP.
