SAP Order to Cash Solution Architect (SAP)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey / Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid 70/30 work model with significant in-office collaboration. The role supports global operations across the US, Europe, APAC, and other international markets, but only U.S. persons eligible to access export-controlled information may apply.

Salary: $142,500–$256,500 annually, with potential discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Lead global SAP SD and Order-to-Invoice solution architecture across sales, logistics execution, pricing, billing, invoicing, integrations, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvement.
• Design scalable solutions connecting SAP S/4HANA with Model N, 3PL systems, wholesalers, distributors, transportation platforms, middleware, EDI, analytics platforms, and custom applications.
• Translate commercial, supply chain, logistics, pricing, and billing needs into practical technology solutions with global business and Digital stakeholders.
• Provide architecture guidance for order management, delivery processing, inventory touchpoints, batch determination, allocation, output management, and downstream integrations.
• Coordinate functional workstreams, solution decisions, dependencies, risks, delivery readiness, and global template rollout activities.
• Support S/4HANA upgrade readiness, integration modernization, analytics enablement, automation, and adoption of Joule, SAP Business AI, and other future SAP capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP SD, SAP Order-to-Invoice, SAP S/4HANA or ECC, SAP Logistics Execution, or large-scale SAP commercial process design.
• Deep understanding of order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, customer master data, outputs, delivery processing, integrations, or analytics.
• Experience connecting SAP SD with logistics execution, inventory, batch determination, shipping, transportation, 3PLs, wholesalers, distributors, Model N, and external partner systems.
• Experience leading or coordinating SAP workstreams, global template delivery, or commercial process transformation.
• Strong communication, leadership, architecture, delivery, stakeholder management, and solution documentation skills.
• 8+ years of relevant experience preferred; U.S. person status is required for access to export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medtech, CPG, logistics, distribution, federal supply chains, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation, upgrades, greenfield or brownfield programs, and global template rollouts.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Boomi, SAP Business Network for Logistics, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, process mining, or intelligent automation.
