What you will do

• Work with client executives and management teams to identify and manage financial, operational, and technology risks.
• Assess and optimize IT risk across cybersecurity, IT strategy and governance, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Evaluate processes and controls against industry frameworks, identify design and execution gaps, and provide recommendations.
• Support implementation of processes and controls, prepare executive summaries and final reports, and maintain engagement work papers.
• Manage client engagement staffing, billings, collections, and profitability targets while building trusted client relationships.
• Present findings to internal and external audiences and support the development of team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CISA, CCSFP, or CISSP designation required.
• 5+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal or external audit, business process reengineering, or internal controls with an IT focus.
• Experience with SOC 1/2 examinations, HITRUST, HIPAA, NIST CSF, or NIST 800-53.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience performing HITRUST engagements or willingness to obtain HITRUST certification.
• Security+ experience.
• Cloud audit experience and related certifications.
• Experience serving clients in a consulting firm.
