IAM Risk Audit (CIAM) Lead

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $99,600–$169,200 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Lead CIAM risk, control, audit readiness, and governance activities.
• Assess identity-related risks, evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and coordinate remediation plans.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain risk, compliance, and audit reporting, including dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, KCIs, and control effectiveness metrics.
• Evaluate authentication, authorization, onboarding, identity proofing, access management, and client identity lifecycle controls.
• Present findings and recommendations to cybersecurity, risk, audit, compliance, technology, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, risk management, audit, compliance, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading or supporting audit, compliance, risk management, control review, and remediation activities.
• Understanding of CIAM principles, client identity controls, authentication, authorization, onboarding, identity proofing, and access management.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and management presentations, with strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
