IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Senior Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Tewksbury, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid arrangement. U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: $160,000–$299,030 per year.

What you will do

• Advise client executives and management teams on financial, operational, and technology risks.
• Assess and optimize IT risk across cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Review processes and controls against industry frameworks, identify design and execution gaps, and communicate recommendations.
• Oversee internal audits and IT control assessments covering ITGC, application controls, third-party risk, SOC reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare executive summaries, final reports, and audit work papers, and lead presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, profitability, client relationships, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, accounting information systems, computer engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, or CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of experience in IT audit or cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
