Senior Content Management Analyst (Tax Compliance)

Location: Riverwoods, Illinois, United States; full-time onsite position

Salary: $66,700–$116,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Track federal and state tax law changes, legislation, regulations, tax authority guidance, court rulings, and real-world developments.
• Identify searchable events and affected taxpayers using tax form fields and Excel queries within CCH Axcess.
• Create ELPs, explanations, and sample client letters to help practitioners communicate tax developments.
• Collaborate with software, development, product management, production, and editorial teams on CCH Axcess Advisor.
• Coordinate content loading to Axcess/AC across multiple teams on a rotating basis.
• Advise on broad-ranging projects and contribute to new product development and federal legislative content.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws and tax returns.
• Knowledge of CCH Axcess is required.
• CPA and a bachelor's degree.
• Advanced writing, editing, data analysis, project management, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and mentor junior staff.
