Conflicts & New Business Technology Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid

Salary: $85,600–$118,000 annually if located in Illinois, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate conflicts and new business technology and AI initiatives with Data & AI, IT, and department stakeholders.
• Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and priorities across concurrent projects from requirements through implementation.
• Draft business requirements and functional specifications for AI, search, and workflow initiatives.
• Write and run database queries to support analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate application implementations and upgrades.
• Monitor technology tool performance, document workflows and configurations, and support training, change management, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in technology project support, business analysis, or systems implementation.
• Experience writing business requirements and/or testing application implementations or upgrades.
• Demonstrated ability to write and run database queries using SQL or a similar query language.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and shifting timelines.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Intapp Open, Intapp Walls, Intapp Terms, or similar conflicts and risk management applications.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled tools in a professional services or legal environment.
• Project management certification such as PMP or Agile/Scrum.
• Experience working with IT or data science and AI teams on system implementations.
• Experience in a law firm or other professional services environment.
