What you will do

• Build and maintain property-level and consolidated forecast models for quarterly reforecasts and annual budgeting.
• Perform variance analysis, identify performance trends, and summarize findings for senior management.
• Analyze large datasets, audit financial results, and develop cash flow projections for a portfolio of assets.
• Support budgeting and forecasting systems, including training and guidance for Asset Management teams.
• Recommend process improvements and automation techniques to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Property Management, and Leasing teams while preparing financial reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or commercial real estate.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a financial services firm or publicly traded REIT.
• Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of REIT performance metrics and reporting.
