What you will do

  • Support DOE Environmental Management and Hanford Field Office acquisition, contract, and subcontract management activities.
  • Provide project planning, control, scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and performance measurement support.
  • Develop enterprise dashboards connecting cost, schedule, risk, and portfolio data.
  • Support portfolio governance, data integration, KPI design, stakeholder alignment, and leadership briefings.
  • Provide guidance across procurement, personal and real property management, industrial relations, cost analysis, and project direction.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategy or portfolio operations.
  • BA or BS degree required; MBA, MPA, or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting acquisition, contract and subcontract management, and project planning, control, and management functions.
  • Experience with portfolio analytics, KPI design, facilitation, and business intelligence tools.
  • Systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, adaptability, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Facility Clearance is required; DOE clearance may be required depending on the assigned work.

Nice to have

  • Environmental Management sector experience.
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Department of Energy or similar federal clients.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, plus familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and data analytics tools.
