Management Consultants within Aviation

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands. Full-time, office-based role. Candidates must have the full right to live and work in the Netherlands; work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support or lead strategic and complex consulting engagements across the aviation sector.
• Manage project teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships and translate complex issues into clear business opportunities and decisions.
• Contribute to business development through proposal work, insights, and service offering development.
• Collaborate with aviation experts and clients across the Netherlands and Europe.

Requirements

• At least five years of management consulting experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Relevant experience in aviation, including airports, airlines, aviation service providers, or aviation technology.
• Understanding of aviation trends such as decarbonisation, digitalisation, operational efficiency, or changing commercial models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Full right to live and work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not available.
