Salary: $140,000–$215,000 per year

What you will do

• Support operational requirements and coordinate with field sponsors, partner departments, and other agencies on geographic and transnational issues.
• Maintain partnerships across the Intelligence Community to deconflict missions and align operational objectives.
• Apply counterintelligence and security protocols to protect personnel and sensitive assets in high-threat environments.
• Coordinate operational taskings and cross-functional projects, including complex strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis, develop assessments, and provide recommendations for senior leadership decisions.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, reports, and advisory guidance on project activities.

Requirements

• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7–20 years of relevant professional experience, depending on level; five additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in sponsor research tools, methodologies, and analytical techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Degree in a related field.
• Experience in intelligence operations, intelligence analysis, and direct support to field operations.
• Knowledge of counterintelligence principles, risk management, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Experience collaborating across the Intelligence Community and U.S. Government agencies.
