What you will do

• Manage and guide healthcare IT and digital transformation projects, including projects involving EPR systems.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system-build strategy.
• Track and document project risks and issues, analyze workflows, and maintain project documentation.
• Work with project leadership and platform end users, facilitate meetings, and coordinate ongoing deliverables.
• Monitor workflows and advise end users on optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Healthcare IT project management experience.
• Experience managing digital transformation projects of different types and sizes, ideally involving EPR systems.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new environments, teams, client rules, and changing project locations and living arrangements.
• Professional approach with the ability to mentor and guide others and work with integrity.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
