What you will do

• Plan and manage the delivery of bespoke Network, IT, and voice solutions for Enterprise customers.
• Produce and maintain essential project management artefacts, including Delivery Schedules, PIDs, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate multiple internal BT teams and functions to deliver outputs within time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Manage project delivery budgets and provide resource forecasts using Clarity PPM.
• Engage directly with customers to manage expectations, provide progress updates, and seek satisfaction feedback.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while adhering to PMO governance and standards.

Requirements

• Hold a Project Management qualification at the foundation level.
• Experience managing and directing small multi-functional teams (up to 10 FTE).
• Proven ability to build detailed delivery plans and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Intermediate practitioner skills in negotiation and problem solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
• Must be able to work onsite at Devon Cornwall Police HQ or Dorset Police HQ.

• Competent project management experience specifically delivering technical solutions to Enterprise customers.
• Experience managing dispersed teams that are not co-located.
