What you will do

• Plan and manage small projects, work packages, or components of larger programmes delivering bespoke network, IT, and voice solutions for enterprise customers.
• Produce and maintain delivery schedules, project management artefacts, resource forecasts, and milestone dates in Clarity PPM.
• Coordinate BT teams, third-party providers, and customer resources to deliver agreed outputs within time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Keep customers informed, gather satisfaction feedback, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and scope changes through appropriate governance structures.
• Manage delivery budgets, maintain professional standards, and assure the quality of project outputs.

Requirements

• Experience managing work packages or small projects and directing small, multi-function teams of fewer than 10 FTE.
• Ability to build delivery and resource plans, manage risks and mitigation strategies, and operate predominantly with autonomy.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working directly with customers, in large organisations, and within complex stakeholder environments.
• Commercial and financial acumen, including delivery budget management.
• Project management qualification at foundation level and experience using corporate IT systems; experience managing dispersed teams is desirable.
