Senior Project Manager (eCommerce)

Location: Hybrid in London, UK, with approximately 2–3 days per week in the office or with clients

What you will do

• Lead digital initiatives from concept to launch, managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Champion Agile principles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Align clients, development teams, and leadership through clear stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and exceptions using structured frameworks.
• Maintain technical and visual consistency across design, prototypes, and builds.
• Collaborate with designers, frontend and backend developers, architects, and QA specialists, while contributing to proposals and pitches.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex digital projects, such as eCommerce, UX, or app development, in an agency or enterprise setting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tempo, and MS Project.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk management, contingency planning, and exception-handling skills.
• Technical understanding of enterprise eCommerce solutions, including Adobe Commerce/Magento and Shopify.
• Collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
