Bilingual Customer Service Representative (HVACR)

Location: Cudahy, Wisconsin, USA; hybrid arrangement with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Enter and edit customer quotes and purchase orders using VPI, Salesforce Case Management, and Oracle.
• Serve as the central contact for customers and sales personnel regarding order status, routing, shipping, tracking, pricing, availability, and freight.
• Oversee orders through completion and shipping while supporting on-time delivery.
• Research and recommend parts using vendor information, technical data, and collaboration with service and sales.
• Process Return Material Authorizations and Customer Allowance Requests, including reporting and monthly analysis.
• Support export, aftermarket, and equipment business operations while following export documentation protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a customer service function.
• Fluent Spanish is required.
• Experience with export orders.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, prioritization, and self-direction skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
