Functional Application Manager

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; day-shift function with some international travel required.

What you will do

• Act as the functional expert for IT applications supporting Tool Management processes in Manufacturing.
• Coordinate process and application improvements with Manufacturing key users, business experts, and IT teams.
• Define requirements, create documentation, deliver end-user training, and support workfloor implementation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, system integration testing, application building, and second-line support.
• Coordinate Non Standard Changes from intake and business-case validation through delivery, prioritization, budget tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Maintain the key-user organization, documentation, meeting structure, and communication between end users and support teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Some experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving high-tech products and intricate production processes.
• Experience or functional knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules, including SAP ECC or ME, or strong willingness to learn.
• Project or change management experience, or a clear interest in these areas.
• Knowledge of process improvement methods and Agile ways of working.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
