Business Architect (Enterprise Transformation)

Location: Residence in the Netherlands or Belgium with a valid work permit is required. Flexible hybrid working model available in Alphen aan den Rijn (NL) and Mechelen (BE).

What you will do

• Translate business strategy and operational challenges into scalable business and technology solution approaches.
• Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to define and align enterprise initiatives.
• Support enterprise platform onboarding initiatives (SAP, Salesforce) across multiple European countries.
• Drive business architecture and systems analysis for enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Review and challenge solution designs, integration approaches, and application landscapes.
• Lead workshops and facilitate alignment between requirements, architecture, and technical implementation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Business Architecture, Business Systems Analysis, or Enterprise Transformation.
• Proven track record operating within complex enterprise and matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, integrations, and business process alignment.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands or Belgium.
• Professional English proficiency (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Exposure to governance and enterprise architecture processes.
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments.
