Business System Data Analyst (PLM)

What you will do

• Provide operational support for the Aras PLM system and related business applications.
• Analyze user issues, troubleshoot problems, and support business users with system processes and best practices.
• Partner with business, engineering, supply chain, product management, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows and operational processes.
• Gather and validate requirements for workflow, validation, permissions, configuration, and system enhancements.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing for system changes.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, knowledge articles, and user training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal, are required.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and process discipline.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PLM, PDM, ERP, or other enterprise business systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or technology industry processes.
• Experience with process mapping, business analysis, or requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with workflow management, business rules, system validations, user roles, and access management.
• Exposure to UAT, functional testing, data analysis, or reporting tools.
