Business System Data Analyst (PLM)

What you will do

• Provide operational support for the Aras PLM system and related business applications.
• Analyze user issues, troubleshoot root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with global stakeholders to improve workflows, data quality, and product lifecycle processes.
• Gather and validate requirements for system enhancements, workflow changes, validations, roles, permissions, and configuration updates.
• Create test plans and test cases, execute UAT and functional testing, and document defects and results.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, knowledge articles, training materials, and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused approach, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and process discipline.
• Interest in enterprise technologies, product lifecycle management, and semiconductor operations; suitable for recent graduates and junior professionals.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PLM, PDM, ERP, or other enterprise business systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or technology industry processes.
• Experience with process mapping, business analysis, or requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with workflow management, business rules, system validations, user roles, and access management.
• Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools.
